Before You Purchase

• Homes on this tour are private and therefore are not ADA-compliant. Homes may not be accessible and may have narrow hallways, doorways, and stair-only entrances/exits.

• Plan to remove your shoes and wear the provided footwear while inside homes. We recommend comfortable shoes that are easy to slip on and off.

• Tickets are non-refundable. If you purchase tickets and can no longer attend the event, your tickets will be considered a donation to Summit Hill Association and/or Ramsey Hill Association.
